  What a delightful experience I had today! I have to thank Diana for being an incredible and welcoming sales associate. She was engaging, informative and helpful since I don’t shop at Lush often. Thanks to folks like her, I will be back!

  I absolutely love shopping at Lush, and my visit to the Southlake store was such a great experience. The highlight of the entire visit was without a doubt the employees. I wish I had gotten their names because every single person was absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel genuinely fun and personal. The products are incredible and smell amazing, and I really appreciate that Lush does not test on animals. That commitment, combined with such an outstanding team at the Southlake location, is exactly why I will keep coming back.

  I went to this lush location a little over a week ago and the store manager with the horrible thick bangs was so rude to me and completely ruined my experience. She spoke down to me as if I were a child and was not kind at all! When I grabbed a perfume I wanted to purchase she said to me in a rude tone “That’s not a tester!!”, I came in to purchase a perfume not a tester…obviously. After shopping and looking around I took my items to the register to purchase. My total was just about $70 so I wanted to use my $5 off reward from the lush app and when I asked the cashier she told me “No, it’s too busy right now” which was probably a made up excuse. Overall probably one of my most unpleasant experiences at lush so far. Everyone working that day must’ve had passive aggressive syndrome. I will continue making the extra drive to go to the lush at north park where they have been consistently kind and helpful with me.

  usually people there are polite and greet you but this time I walked in and nobody acknowledged me at all 😭 I feel like the girl was annoyed?? could be bc it’s the holidays and they are busy. lowkey think it’s race thing, but it’s whatever, they may not have even realized they were treating me differently. you know how unconscious/implicit bias be 😹 anyways chat I will be going to the galleria mall location instead I fear 🤓.

  I’ve always been a fan of Lush, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Zoey at the Southlake location. She was super helpful when my fiancé and I needed assistance picking out gifts. I could tell she’s pretty knowledgeable about the different products.
