    We were visiting from out of town and stopped by here. It is in a very lovely and picturesque shopping outdoor community called Southlake in Dallas. It is pedestrian friendly and lively area to visit on a Saturday. This store is one of many quaint shops in this area. The representative was friendly and helpful with the fragrances I was interested in. The store had a large selection of body products, organized and visually appealing. We were greeted with smiling and friendly staff. Pleasant shopping experience.

    Amazing shampoos, body wash, moisturizers, shaving gel and colognes. My favorite store to shop at in Southlake and the sales reps are always so incredibly friendly especially Caitlin- she is endlessly patient and finds the right products whether it’s for me or a gift I’m putting together.

    I went to L'Occitane about 2:30pm today to make purchases and discovered sign on door that read be back at 3:10 and door was locked. I was surprised and disappointed as I am trying to help retail stores stay alive during these difficult times. I called the store later and was told that this was her lunch break and she had to clock out and leave everyday and no one else was available to cover. I made my purchase on line and it will be here tomorrow.
