  I’ve been coming here for 2 years and everything was always great. Today I got the worst haircut of my life. I honestly have no words. The stylist couldn’t even trim my ends evenly. They also cut off three times more than I asked for. They made my hair very wet, so I didn’t realize how bad it was at the time. I will never come back.

  Me and my GF visited the store yesterday, I was getting a regular haircut and she just wanted her hair thinned. The lady cutting her hair took it upon her self to cut layers in and insisted she needed length taken off when all she asked was for it to be thinned. The lady cutting my hair proceeded to tell the entire room that she hates cutting hair and she can't wait to get out of there to go back to her old job as well as all three employees carrying on inappropriate conversations around customers. Almost every employee went outside to smoke at some point during our visit and stink terrible like cigarettes. The lady cutting my hair also took a picture of the back of my head to show me a spot instead of a mirror like normal.

  This store was such bad experience. The entire store reeks of cigarette smoke and so do the employees. Don't bother telling them what you want, I simply asked for my hair to be thinned, not cut. The next thing | know the lady is cutting layers into my hair without asking if I wanted them (I did not). The layers look like trash but of course I didn’t know how bad it is until I got home because they don’t show you your hair in a mirror or ask if it looks good. She just started cleaning up and dismissed me. While cutting my hair she answered the store phone and then proceeded to talk trash about the customer that called. Meanwhile my boyfriend is getting a haircut in the chair behind me and we hear the lady cutting his hair announce loudly to the entire room that she "hates cutting hair" and can't wait to return to her "real job". Very unprofessional, spend a little extra money and go to JC Penney

  After a great day of shopping and exploring Sherman, I decided as a last minute flyer to stop in for a hair cut. It was late afternoon on Sunday and I walked in no check in. I was quoted about 15-20 minutes, which considering was great for me! As I waited in in the lobby a couple walked in with a daughter and son checked in for a haircut. The stylist that assisted them could only find one out of two people in that party as checked in. The parents seemed confused and the stylist just seemed plain put off by it. The stylist explained she only saw one checked in and the other person would have to wait their turn in line. The parents agreed and told the stylist they would wait just outside the door as there were no places to sit in the lobby. The stylist said ok. It was probably 3 minutes later that the stylist called the name of the party outside, the one that was checked in. She scowled looking and repeating the name for the second time literally seeing them outside the door waiting. Me and another patron said she’s right outside , to which the stylist rudely said,”I don’t do curbside service” . I got up literally cracked the door and said hey there calling your name. The person in the party entered not knowing she was about to skipped . I was so taken aback… I mean what a poor customer experience. I was shaking my head and other patrons in the lobby were agreeing with me muttering some one is having a bad day . I was all the while hoping she did not cut my hair. I could hear her complaining and honestly it just seemed like an unfriendly vibe due to one person… HER! I was called backed after I hadn’t waited too long and the stylist was good but she literally said two words to me. What a poor experience , at least customer service wise. I find that it just takes one person in a place to bring the vibe down and I definitely identified the issue! Too bad the other stylist seemed to be joining in the “I don’t want to be here vibe”. I may come back … but on the other hand Sportsclips and JC Penney just to name a few are right down the road … so who knows
