I'm sure they could have used their resources or spoken with the manager to make it right with this customer. Will not be coming back. I waited around for over twenty minutes to buy some things for my daughter because the only lady working there was pacing around the store on a loud, angry personal phone call. Just save yourself the trouble and go next door to Ulta. Kohl’s is gross anyway.
