I have been turned away from salons because they could not achieve what I wanted to get done and they worked a miracle, specially Phaedra. I did not need to show her a reference photo or anything, she knew exactly what I wanted done and she got it done perfectly. I could not recommend anyone more and no one else is allowed to touch my hair now. I couldn’t be more happy. 😊

It had been many years since getting my hair professionally cut and I was very anxious initially. Phaedra immediately put me at ease though. She listens attentively and is so knowledgeable and articulate. Throughout the entire appointment, she worked with my needs/wants while educating me through the process. She constantly checked in with me during the cut and asked if adjustments were needed depending on how I felt. In the end, she gave me a completely new look with a fabulous cut and style and I left feeling confident and excited! I’ve never had such a great salon experience before and I’m extremely grateful!
