All I have to say is if you can’t handle cutting kids hair DO NOT offer the services. If you do not know how to talk to, or interact with them stick with other clientele. As for the Hispanic lady, she needs to learn not to be raising her voice at other peoples children and not talk about the children behind the mothers back. I will not be back.

I said short on sides long on top she butchered his hair. It would be better off getting a home haircut then paying someone to butcher your child’s hair

Not only did the lady ignore my request, but also added a "I know you said not to cut it, but it needed it." If I make a request, I expect it to be respected and followed. Overall bad experience, she went WAY too high on my head. She made my bangs look really uneven, she didn't care to ask if I even like to comb it to the side or anything, just kind of assumed. Will not be gracing this place again, and if you have specific requests, don't go here as they don't listen.
