When we went in we realized there was probably some balms that was offered that would help my eczema. Abby was the associate working that day and she was so informative and kind. She helped me choose a balm, an oil, and some other moisturizing products. We loved talking with her and she was amazing at explaining why each product would help me. Hope she gets some kind of praise from her manager because she was wonderful!

- LALee AranDec 29, 20122.0Okay. I went this Loccitane at San Marcos Premium outlet on 12/27/2012. I bought several item and Immortelle Brightening Moisture cream was one of them. It was 58$ original and I got it for 29$. I thought it was a great deal, and that was the reason why I got this cream. Well, until I came back and opened up the package. So when you open up the paper box and open the metal lid of the cream, new cream should have a aluminum foil completely cover the top (like you see any new cosmetic product. ) When I open my cream, one little part of the foil was opened, and I found almost 1/5 of the cream was gone. It obviously has a deep hole made by finger came in. LIKE SOMEONE OPENED THE FOIL, SNEAK IN THEIR FINGER ONTO THE CREAM AND DIG THE CREAM OUT INTENTIONALLY. I felt disgusting. Someone who work (or really bad customer.. but who the heck has time to open the new box, steal the cream with all the eyes of sales person?) must stole it and just cover it as like a new cream. I wish I could go to the store, show the cream and get exchange or refund(even though they have stupid FINAL SALE POLICY.) I am just living over 200 miles away from the store, writing this review is the best thing I can do right now. Too bad, I Loccitane was one of my favorite cosmetic brand. Now not anymore...
