They did a great job communicating all the plans and how certain colors would look, especially on a person. Otherwise, I’m not sure if I would’ve picked the right color. As someone who has gotten several dye jobs before, it is so difficult to find someone who can really make your dreams become a reality, but they did amazing! And it’s even more scary when prices for dye jobs can be so steep. But Malayla went above and beyond, even showing me how to properly style the way I wanted and giving me tips for how to get a similar look without as much hassle since I mentioned that I generally don’t do a lot of styling. It made the whole process seem a lot less intimidating… It was also lovely talking to them and generating ideas! I can’t recommend this stylist and salon enough! Thank you!

Malayla took her time, really listened to what I wanted, and nailed it. She’s super friendly and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be back once my hair grows out. 10/10 recommend.

If stylist can’t do what you request they should just be straightforward and tell you. I understand it would be a loss of an appointment but you wouldn’t have upset clients.
