There is a right way and a wrong way to address the public and/or potential customers. Teach your employees to be more considerate to customers when addressing issues. Unbeknownst to me due to lack of signage in the store, admittedly I was in the wrong but the situation could have been handled in more professional manner. Not that it matters but I will be shopping elsewhere!
