- AIAbby IMar 18, 20261.0‼️They delete reviews. I’ll repost when I see this is deleted again, but that says all you need to know about this place. -They no longer give prices over the phone even if you’re registered with SalonCentric and have a cosmetology license on file. Today the website wasn’t working and I needed a price check to complete my inventory list and make an order from them. I called for a price check before sending my manager all the way over there and I’m told they can’t do that. 🤡 So if you’re a salon owner (or anyone that works in one and can’t just leave midday) don’t waste your time. It’s closed by the time most salons close for the day… so for them to not help you over the phone even with proof of license (or even just purchase history) is beyond a stupid business move when your customer base is mainly cosmetologists. -I’ve also gone multiple times AFTER calling to confirm they have products I need in stock just to get there and see they don’t have it. This store used to be RDA and was GREAT. Don’t let the old reviews fool you. It’s now SalonCentric and a has gone downhill.

They are out of stock of almost everything every time I come in and they are currently closed with no signage and no information on Google that they won’t be reopened till the seventh very inconvenient.
