  Not sure of the lady's name and never had a bad experience. But today she was extremely rushy, didnt acknowledge my concerns and didnt even act like she wanted to help me. I kept telling her I wasn't sure normally when I come i am sat down and they would test the makeup on my face. It was 11:38 she said she had an appointment at 12:15. Smh She used my hand instead of helping me. Have a better attitude chick!

  I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Alex. From the moment I walked in, she was so friendly and helpful! I'm not great with makeup, but wanted to get some nice products to replace my old stuff. She could tell I was a little lost, and immediately started helping me find what matched my skintone and products I could use to put a simple and natural look together on my own. I was the only one in the store, so she even took the time to show me how to apply it all. I walked out of there looking and feeling amazing! She made the experience so relaxed and fun, that I will 1000% be going back when I run out again, or even want to try new products/shades!

  My sister came in for the $60 makeup offer. She expressed to the “MUA” that she had zero clues about makeup. The MUA offered zero suggestions. Also, I guess the brushes in the apron are for show because my sister did not rate the use of her brushes this morning during the session. “So intriguing!” Either way a suggestion to this particular problem today, hire individuals who are able and capable of working with all walks of life and who are equipped to help all levels of makeup aficionados. 3/18/2026 If you are directed to call the 800 number, good luck. Just so I am clear. If you are going to be employed in a service business then you should know how to service all customer types. If you are incapable of this then you should be honest with the customer.

  They both have horrible attitudes and they don’t honour online prices! Had to return something and was asked to pay extra for an exchange because the products were on promotion! That doesn’t make sense, just wasted my time for no reason :/

  Marisa, is the representative that helped me. She is so kind and sweet. She also noticed, I needed some help with my foundation. I was having a bad day. She took the time and the effort to help me and found the right foundation for my skin.I wanna let you know most people that are ready to get off work, they don't take the time like she did and I want her to be recognized for her efforts. What a wonderful lady she is. She should be recognized. She deserves a wonderful raise for her efforts. I also noticed another time that she helped another woman and I remembered her and she also helped me. I wanna let you know. She found the right foundation for me and gave me a little gift bag when I bought the foundation. I want to tell you. Thank you so much for a wonderful lady. Thank you.!
