  It’s overpriced for what you get. $44 plus tip. (I regret tipping) for just what looks like a trim. I don’t think they really listen to the customer needs. Shame on you JC Penny, you should refund money back. Just go to Great Clips, better cuts for less. Reason for going to JCP salon was to treat myself, now I’m in regret mode! Never again!

  The management here does not care about their clients. I was scheduled to get my hair cut and styled for my wedding day. I never received a confirmation call from the salon and the stylist canceled. I was not notifed about the cancellation and my appointment was not moved to another sutible stylist. When I arrived, I had to just do with whatever hairstylist was available to me. This was brought to the managers attention and she did not care. I did not get the style or haircut I wanted and the manager never came out to apologize or offer any type of solution. In fact, I never saw the manager, at all. This appointment was made a week in advance. Do not come here if you need your hair done for any special events. You will not be a priority and the manager will not care.

  Scheduled a kids haircut on their website and noticed they were having a special for back to school for $12. Scheduled with stylist Ashley . We arrived a little early and asked about the special, when I booked it said it included wash and blowdry, was told no it would be extra for that, asked how much extra and then told there isn't a price list for that, depends on the stylist and to ask them, ok. We were then given to another stylist who said it would be $7 for a wash, said no thanks, we'll just go with the dry cut. They need to correct their website to reflect accurate pricing of services, if certain stylists are below doing specials because it's a lower price then don't have them available to schedule for those services. Lourdes was kind and did a good job, just not happy with the salons practices.

  Have been coming here for years for myself and my 3 children. Last week worst experience w color for my daughter. Didnt have enough dye so sent her with partially colored hair after paying $200 Bayalage and had to return days later for 2nd session. Color looks faded on first day. Poor coloring and even spoke to Manger who stated it would be taken care of. I feel embarrassed for my daughter walking around with this poorly colored hair. Never color hair here!!
