- JTJavier TrevinoMar 15, 20261.0The sign says this establishment closes at 6pm yet I just got denied service because "they are no longer talking walk ins" :( The app to check in stated that they are accepting walk ins which is not the case. I would suggest this error in communication to your consumers gets fixed to state no walk ins accepted to save people the drive to get disappointed with the lack of service from this establishment.

- JMJames MinicaFeb 14, 20261.0Made an online appointment, it said there was a 16 min wait, showed up about 45 minutes after I had set appointment. My name was not on the list. Talking with the Manager, Annette, she said the system drops them after an hour. I showed her the txt I received making the appointment, it had only 45 minutes after. She would not help me, she would not acknowledge me and rolled her eyes, there was a guy helping me, he said he could put me on the list and tried to ask Annette if he could bump me back to the front since there must have been some glitch… but she ignored him too… needless to say I walked out after asking what her name was.

I realized how rude she was being and as I was leaving before she even started, she looked at my hair with disgust as if it was it was so bad that I’d be making a mistake to leave like that
- XXxxx xxxDec 12, 20251.0A young guy lied to me and told me he didn't have shears and couldn't thin my hair. Pressed it then he finally went and got some and thinned out very minimally of what I wanted. He also cut my hair too short and was rushing me out. Didn't clean me up or anything. Left with hair all over my body.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
