- SVStubbs villeMar 29, 20261.0Do not go here! I had my name on the waitlist for over an hour. When my time approached 15 minutes, I drove to the salon. When I arrived, they said my name was not on the list and then accused me of waiting at a different location. Really? I arrived at 5pm and they close at 6pm. Then refused to take me as a walk in. My name was taken off the list because on the way home, a message appeared on the app saying due to high volume only excepting walk ins.

Dominic was extremely rude while interacting with us and and ultimately refused service to my 4 yr old in a manner that felt unprofessional and upsetting. I understand policies may exist, but the way this situation was handled lacked basic courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure a more positive and child-friendly experience in the future.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
