- JSJJ SanchezApr 7, 20261.0Worst Experience EVER!! I hate leaving bad reviews but some businesses do need to shed some light to some of their horrible employees... Stylist name is Rosa.... She's all smiles and everything until you tell her exactly how you want it done and turns around and do things her way. I asked for a medium fade and zero shave all around. Well she immediately attacked my sideburns!!!! She literally cut them halfway down knowing that I told her not to cut below the ear. Then rather than cutting a medium fade she went directly to a high fade that looked horrible. I told her no line just fade and blend to make it look okay. She immediately replied yes I know I do it all the time... In fact, she have never cut my hair so don't pretend like you know me by letting other customers know by the tone of your voice. Horrible services from this individual! At this point I just wanted her to hurry up and finish what she can do right so I can go home and do some finishes touches. I pay for good services and expect great results. She needs to be fired or go start her own business in doing something else. I will NEVER BE BACK TO ANY GREAT CLIPS as this stylist Rosa ruined it for me.

My hair was not done as expected, turned my mid fade into a high fade, the fade is uneven and completely cut off my sideburns so now my beard looks horrible, and left my sideburns an inch uneven on both sides. When I went back in to complain after noticing my sideburns when I walked out I was told I needed to be “more polite” as if I wasn’t sent out with a bad haircut. I was not rude, did not use profanity, but was upset and stern that I paid to be sent out like that.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
Do Great Clips salons sell haircare products?
Yes, Great Clips offers three lines of its exclusively branded haircare and styling products for men, women, and kids, including Solutions by Great Clips®, Tea Tree Solutions by Great Clips®, and GRIT @ Great Clips™.
