After coming to Google reviews and seeing the glowing reports about The Wax Bar, I decided to give this place a go, and man oh man, TWB did not disappoint. My appointment was with Davalyn. In a word, she's awesome. She made time float on by and was very real about what I would experience in terms of discomfort/pain. Because it was my "initial" service, it took a little while, but she Davalyn was informative about subsequent visits, possible reactions, etc. Next to that, the service itself was done beautifully. The staff I did encounter, along with Davalyn, were all kind - very customer-service oriented. I'll be back at TWB in 4-6 weeks!
