  I went to sephora at kohl's and claudia assisted me in everything that I needed.And even showed me products that I kind of didn't know the names, but she helped me find them.She's an amazing person.Has great customer service skills, and claudia, you have an amazing personality.It is so great when they say go to sephora for the people that know beauty you have inner and outer beauty.Thank you for your customer service skills.

  Unbelievable. My poor mother works very hard for her money. All she wanted was the Selena Gomez perfume because she adores her. My mother is a country woman and I guess doesn’t look good enough for the employees there at Sephora. My mother very sweetly asks if she can have one and she is met with “sorry we don’t have the sample sizes anymore.” Disgusting behavior from your staff. Would you like if your mother was treated that way? My mother was kind and said well I want the full size and your employee said “Have you even smelled it yet it’s disgusting,” dismissively and unprofessionally. “Can you even afford it?” Is a question that should never come out of the lips of a retail worker. Especially from a Sephora where women come to feel beautiful. Shame on your staff for such an unwelcoming and down right hateful enviorment. You are not just a worker at Sephora, you are one of the only people some people will see that day. I hope one of you reads this and learns how to treat others with kindness. You have lost the support of my family. If anyone is reading this please stop supporting this sephora if this is the way they are going to be talking to us. We deserve better customer service for all.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! the whole entire 20 minutes i was browsing around , the employees were just standing around at the register talking the whole time. i think it would make sense for atleast one of them to be considerate enough to help out a customer. employees clearly saw me looking for a product and had no common courtesy to ask me if i needed help with finding anything. It would have been helpful if they weren’t standing around just talking. i walked in and nobody greeted me. There were 3 employees were just standing at the registers talking the whole time, not once did they assist me or ask if i needed help. i walked out without the things i needed because nobody was considerate enough to help me out. another customer walked in and they were greeted and asked if they needed assistance.

  if i could give less stars i would, ive been here two times and both times one specific lady with an accents was extremely rude and quick with me. i asked for samples to which she told me to get them myself. when i got the foundations myself she proceeded to ignore me the whole time and had an attitude while filling them. once i got home to use said samples there was less than a pump of foundation, like i could literally see the bottom. never coming again. will be giving a call to a manager in the morning.
