- NSNicole SandovalMar 9, 20241.0Went in to redeem my birthday gift and was told I could only pick it up with a purchase. This goes against Sephora stated policies that there is no purchase required to redeem in store. Very disappointed and then when I found something to purchase, they were out of the birthday reward I wanted. Also, many of the testers were empty, broken, or covered in product. Ended up leaving and having to drive to a mall to go to a regular Sephora. Update: it appears that after declining to create or merge with a kohls account, my email was entered anyways and I have already gotten 4 spam kohls emails!!!

This was the second time she was like this with me I was here a week prior and had the same encounter which is why I decided to leave a review. Literally decided to leave and go to another location.
