When I realized the mistake and went back in, I told the associate at the front, but her response was dismissive and rude — she looked confused and just said “umm okay? You can head over there,” which made the situation uncomfortable. On the positive side, Aeris at the register was incredibly sweet and the only part of the visit that made the experience a little better. Another concern was that while I was browsing, multiple employees kept approaching me and my boyfriend, which made us feel like we were being watched rather than helped. I understand staff need to offer assistance, but the way it was handled felt more like suspicion than customer service. Overall, the shopping experience was disappointing, and I left feeling uncomfortable instead of excited about my purchase

And to Jasmine, she went and beyond. She was super nice, helpful and spent almost 30 minutes and patiently helping me to find my perfect shades while trying to help other customer at the same time. Both ladies are awesome!
