Didn't have what she was looking for but I believe her name was Vanessa even opened a brand new item just to make sure it was the right tone for Ale. Great experience for sure!

Instead of checking in with me or asking me about my visit I was met by a rude (another) employee who yelled at me to get up and how I wasn’t allowed to sit on the chairs. She quickly walked away before I could say anything. I will also add that it was not busy during the time I visited and there were no other customers in sight. It made my experience go poorly. If this place wants to maintain customers there are better ways to approach them instead of running them away.
