  Did not wait a second getting help. I guess I looked that lost. Young lady at door offered help as soon I walked through the door. She directed me to what I was looking for then another young lady helped me find it. I was checking out within 5 minutes of being in the store. Great job everyone!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I came in ready to shop and had a basket full of products, but the customer service completely turned me off from purchasing. I asked for help finding a skin tint suitable for oily/combination skin and was told there was “no such thing” and that no brands make skin tints for that skin type. The associate couldn’t name a single option or offer any helpful guidance. It felt dismissive and uninformed, especially for a beauty store that’s supposed to specialize in product knowledge and recommendations. Because of the lack of help, I ended up putting everything back and driving to another Sephora location. The difference was night and day — the associate there immediately gave me multiple suggestions and was able to name four different brands that make skin tints for oily/combo skin. I was ready to spend money and left frustrated instead. I hope this location invests more in product education and customer service, because this experience did not meet expectations at all

  Literally the worst experience of my life… The workers there make it seem like you’re bothering them. Not one person asked if I need help or If there was anything they could help me look for. The one time I asked for help looking for a shade for foundation made it seem like I was bothering them And when that shade was handed to me, it was just “here you go” and they walked off. I have never had issues with this location, but the lack of friendliness from the staff made me leave my basket full of items And go to Northstar Mall. I’d rather deal with the Northstar crowd, then ignored at Basse. Mind you I was clean cut and put together didn’t look a hot mess.

  Went for pickup and liked that they had mirrors there. Don’t like that there is no restroom inside since had to rush my sister out due to it.

  The hours are terrible.. close at 7 everyday. How can someone make it during the week after work and traffic? And when we get delivery, the dashers they hire steal or misplace the packages.. atleast 8pm would be nice.
