The staff was so friendly and our piercer, Sam, was a master of her craft. She marked, re-marked and measured to make sure the piercing location was perfect. She was calming and sweet and put my daughter at ease. Seeing all of the piercing tools and earrings laid out on a tray in their sterile autoclaved packaging put my mind at ease. Sam was so meticulous about keeping the whole procedure clean and sterile. I was impressed and would highly recommend Rowan to anyone looking for a safe and fun piercing experience!
