Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

I originally wanted to get it done with the needle, but found out at the front desk that since I’m a minor, I need my birth certificate. NOWHERE on the website is this stated. Because of the pricing, ended up going with the device anyways, but so much time could have been saved if it was stated on the website that you need a birth certificate to get a needle piercing as a minor.

Based on reviews and pictures I thought this would be it but our appointment felt chaotic and stressful. It was incredible crowded and loud with hardly anywhere to sit or stand. It was also expensive. Their website in no way indicates that their is a pricing fee per ear and that you have to buy separate jewelry for each ear. The cost was more than double what I was expecting. Lastly, the job was not well done. The initial marks she put on my daughter’s ears were very uneven and we had to go through a process to get them in a good place for the piercing. A few hours after the piercing one of the earrings fell out and we could not get it back in. At this point it was after hours. I tried to call and use the online chat feature to get advice on what to do but there was no response. I ended up having to go to a late night tattoo and piercing place to get it fixed which cost additional money and pain for my daughter as they had to dig around in her freshly pierced ear. It turned out the posts they used in the earrings were too short and did not allow for swelling in addition to there not being enough tension on the earrings to keep it together. I will not be coming back to get my other daughter’s ear pierced here. The only positive I have was that the nurse who did the piercing was very sweet and put my daughter at ease during the process.

She gave me a heads up and placed the piercing in a spot were it wouldn't be aggravating. Thank you and I hope to see you when I'm ready to get my other side done!
