  Marisa, is the representative that helped me. She is so kind and sweet. She also noticed, I needed some help with my foundation. I was having a bad day. She took the time and the effort to help me and found the right foundation for my skin.I wanna let you know most people that are ready to get off work, they don't take the time like she did and I want her to be recognized for her efforts. What a wonderful lady she is. She should be recognized. She deserves a wonderful raise for her efforts. I also noticed another time that she helped another woman and I remembered her and she also helped me. I wanna let you know. She found the right foundation for me and gave me a little gift bag when I bought the foundation. I want to tell you. Thank you so much for a wonderful lady. Thank you.!

  I had a bad day at work. I was noticed by my make up from my coworkers. I went to Mac store they were about to close and I wanted to get a quick tip for work tommorrow, if my foundation was put on correct and lip stick. Marcy was the Representative that helped me. She was about to close when she noticed my day wasn't good that day. She was so kind helpful, she stop what she was doing to help guide me on color correction fountain on my face. Along with demonstrating my lips to a perfect plum look. I was pleased and in tears because that meant alot to me. Esp the stress that day she made my day. I bought my product and she even threw a gift with purchase. I want to let the supervisor know and other customers to ask for her she ia very sweet and kind and extremely helpful. Thank-you Marcy!!   First time my sister and I went into this store, looking for a specific eyeshadow that she wanted to use for her wedding. We waited in what we assumed to be the line since there was no real direction in getting help. Four people working in this tiny little store with MAYBE 5 customers. We waited patiently until we continued to get passed up for help for people looking more "money worthy" I guess you could say. So we continued to look for said eyeshadow. SECOND TIME we entered this store thinking it would be better, again there was PLENTY of people who were "working" even though the store was empty we were still not helped as these snoody looking ladies looked down on us. Needless to say I will never spend my money in this MAC store ever again.

  Wonderful! From the beginning to checkout great customer service! All my questions were answered and then some! I've been a MAC customer for over 20 years and if I lived in the area it would be my go to store!
