My appointment didn’t begin until 1:50pm and didn’t finish until after 3pm, which caused me to run late for my event. The artist also paused several times to serve customers despite other staff being present. On top of that, one of my eyelashes lifted by the time I got back to my hotel & I had no glue to try & reattach it myself. The makeup itself was fine, but the timing and interruptions made the experience stressful. I wanted to make you aware of this as it wasn’t the standard I expected.
