  Jennifer, the store manager, is exceptional. This was my first visit to this location, and she was remarkably sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had recently lost my mother and was seeking a new foundation, and she helped me right away. Even graciously offered to do my makeup for my mom's viewing. Her customer service skills are unparalleled. Her empathy brought me to tears. This particular store will always receive my business going forward. I’m truly grateful for your kindness in my worst moments.

  Jennifer Desmond, the store manager at MAC Cosmetics, is truly next level. She is super amazing, always welcoming, and genuinely helpful in a way that makes you feel confident and taken care of the moment you walk in. Her talent is unmatched—Jennifer somehow knows exactly what shade or color you need before you even realize it yourself. Whether it’s foundation, lipstick, or a full glam moment, she has an incredible eye and deep product knowledge that makes every recommendation spot-on. You can tell she’s passionate about her craft and about her clients. She listens, she understands, and she delivers—every time.   The store manager at this location is amazing! Her attention to customer service is incredible. I have shopped at this location for years and every time I feel like I was part of MAC family and not just another number. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond!

  I booked a 45-minute makeup appointment for November 8 at 1:30pm. My appointment didn’t begin until 1:50pm and didn’t finish until after 3pm, which caused me to run late for my event. The artist also paused several times to serve customers despite other staff being present. On top of that, one of my eyelashes lifted by the time I got back to my hotel & I had no glue to try & reattach it myself. The makeup itself was fine, but the timing and interruptions made the experience stressful. I wanted to make you aware of this as it wasn’t the standard I expected.

  Love this location. Jennifer and her team always do such a great job! They went above and beyond for my Halloween look and kept checking with me through out the make up process to see if liked it. I loved it! They help choose products for you too!
