I had no idea this was an option for gifts and will 100% do it in the future. This store and its employees crushed it.

I love that LUSH also has products that benefit children of Palestine. However, in the brief time that I was shopping here, I saw a supervisor named Hannah boss her employee around pretty rudely. The employee was a woman with dark brown hair and I saw her helping customers, working the register, and cleaning all at once. Hannah barked orders at her twice- not only for her to get a customer a chair to sit on, but also for her to clean up an area promptly. It’s not so much that she had to do those things, but the tone and the way that she spoke to her employee made me uncomfortable. Also, when I asked for clarification on whether the massage tin would cost extra (that she offered) she seemed like it inconvenienced her. Speaking as an employee that has moved on from former toxic work environments, I think Hannah should probably be more aware of how she speaks to her employees and also the environment she creates at LUSH. Everyone else I’ve ever spoken to at this location have been amazing apart from this experience. I’m hoping the next time I go back she won’t be working.
