But the salon is all over the place. Only 3 people that can do "my type of hair" their words. One called in, one was 2 hours late and the other one working hard with what he has. Making an appointment was useless. Go for Anthony otherwise don't waist your time!
- SBSam BJan 24, 20191.0I've never had a worse experience. He ripped out my hair and changed my part. I just wanted a wash and style. Please dont go here. Visible changes is right next door. I dont know why I didnt wait for their next appointment. My friend went with me and she had the same experience. They have no idea what they're doing. There were also other employees just sitting around watch this guy tear out my hair. I cant believe I paid for this experience. I should've walked straight out of this place the moment they had me write down my name and number on a piece of paper because they didnt know how to work the register. I will never forget the looks of horror from the other stylists sitting around watching this man screw up my hair. I wished they would have stepped in. I wish I just went home. I was embarrassed to even walk out of the mall. I immediately put my hair up in a ponytail. It's never looked this bad. Also I'd like to thank the stylist for suggesting that he could trim my hair because it's in such bad shape. I just got it trimmed, I do not have spit ends, but I do have less hair after he ripped it out from not knowing how to use a round brush. But really this is my fault for not looking at reviews. Please dont go here. It's a mistake.
