  Kaley always does a great job with my hair and my daughters hair. She is attentive and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommended kaley to anyone who is looking for a stylist to take care of their hair health and journey .

  I came to this salon twice. The first time was after 3 years of not dying my hair. I got a big chop and let it grow out. The lady was nice. She said she was gonna do the half of my hair first then the second half the next time. Everyone swore up and down she was great. I came back 4 months later. That same lady didn’t have any slots so I chose the first available. I got there 8 mins late. She didn’t see me for another 20 mins. My apt was 12:30 I wasn’t on her chair until 1:08. She proceeded to tell me that it was gonna be 320 plus 60 for it being long when it’s straight, I have 3A type of hair. So I was like ok, but is it gonna look good is it gonna damage it you think. Then she proceeded to tell me how bad of a job the other woman did and how my hair was fried and need to be cut and it has dark lines in the center and just all the way bad. So I asked if it was gonna correct it, she said no, Color correction is 600 to 1K and took all day. She had another client in 45 mins. I then informed her that her salon was the only place I had done my hair at in San Antonio. She went to find out who was the other stylist and told me she was basically one above the lowest level. Instead of helping she was condescending and rude. I had a terrible experience and will never be coming back.

  I asked to have a half inch off my hair and to have it thined out. The girl I had said ok. She didn’t show me what she took off and turned me away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what she was doing. Then At then end she said she took 2 inches off my hair. When I tried to get a refund for my cut the manager told me that half an inch is different for each stylist and they don’t go by measurements.... Seriously. She did refund me for the cut but not for they style. I recommend going somewhere else.

  I truly wish I could give this place negative stars -1000 stars absolutely horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!! Rude receptionist and stylists. The stylist and receptionist said a racist comments. Very unprofessional and discriminatory. I felt VERY comfortable afterwards, I had a appointment and it felt very rushed, I went in for a root touch up they didn’t ask what color I wanted in less than 5mins I was done with the touch up and told to wait for 25mins. Afterwards they barley dried my hair and charged me a ridiculous amount. What away to run a business, they have lost 3 clients, me and my daughters will NEVER return. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!
