- JGJovan GarciaAug 4, 20251.0Zero stars! I went to the location at Alamo Ranch on Aug 3rd. I scheduled an appointment as a first time customer for my daughter. (She’s 6). They initially scheduled me at noon and I was supposed to be paged while I shopped. I got a call at 12:40 that they were ready for me, but I was long gone, so they rescheduled my visit for 5pm. After waiting for 20 mins I asked why they were taking long to call my daughter back. The cashier asked me what my daughter’s name was and removed a young girl from the stylists’ chair and sat my daughter down. The stylist looked at me and said,” sorry, there are a lot of kids today.” She didn’t introduce herself or speak to us. She only spoke to me when I told her my daughter’s hair was crooked. She ruined my daughter’s hair!! All I wanted was a trim and her bangs trimmed. We were there for 2 hours!! The store was literally closing. After I asked for someone else to fix my daughter’s hair, the young girl rolled her eyes and called the manager. I honestly tried to stay calm because there were kids there, but they ruined her hair!! The manager tried to fix her hair, but the damage was done. I will NEVER go back. Now I have to go somewhere else to have my daughters hair cut shorter, so it can be fixed. None of the staff apologized to me or the young girl that was initially removed from the chair. That family waited 2 hours and weren’t seen until 5 mins before we left. The customer service needs attention and the stylist needs more practice if she can’t perform a basic trim. Please save your money and time!! I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I was scared to get my hair done after 3 years due to several bad experiences. Needless to say, Erika is beyond a master of cutting & styling hair. Thank you more tan words can say to both of you for making me feel so special, unjudged, and beautiful! ❤️
