She was telling me that she couldn't do my hair because I am in a wheelchair and that she was really busy with another client and that it's going to be awhile. If you don't fire her (Her name is Aly Jo) then I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION! Thank you to the lovely and sweet Kanar for taking me in and providing the best customer service experience ever.. She did an amazing job on my hair!

We were looking forward to a Men’s Haircut for my boyfriend (since he is coming in from out of town) with Diera at 11am scheduled on 10/18. With confirmation notice given 1-2weeks prior. Upon our arrival, we were notified that Diera wanted to call out that day. No explanation given at all, they just told us “She’s not coming in today” and they didn’t know why. No communication from the salon, no communication from Diera.
