We were looking forward to a Men’s Haircut for my boyfriend (since he is coming in from out of town) with Diera at 11am scheduled on 10/18. With confirmation notice given 1-2weeks prior. Upon our arrival, we were notified that Diera wanted to call out that day. No explanation given at all, they just told us “She’s not coming in today” and they didn’t know why. No communication from the salon, no communication from Diera.
