The stylist was nice, but I asked for ombre, we spent about 10 minutes going into detail about how I wanted it, and I ended up with simple highlights (which could've at least been ombre but weren't). She told me that's what I asked for, but I even had pictures for reference (and this was one of their "top tier" stylists). The haircut was okay, kind of choppy layers but I can live with it because the ombre thing bugs me a lot more. $200+ is ridiculous for basic highlights.
