  I had a great experience at the JCPenney Salon. Anthony did my Dutch braids with colored synthetic braiding hair, and they were not painful at all while still being tight, neat, and perfectly proportioned. The color was blended in smoothly without bulk or tension, and I was genuinely happy with the result. Jimmy cut my hair and blow-dried it, and the cut was clean, well-shaped, and styled smoothly without feeling overworked. He listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommend both Anthony and Jimmy.

  Charlie is awesome!! He did a wonderful job with my hair. He knew exactly what to do with it which is great because I wasn’t sure what to do with my hair. He’s funny, kind, very informative. I found my stylist so I will definitely be back!! 😄

  This is my 3rd time getting my perm done by Charlie, and it looks FABULOUS 🤩!! I love the customer service and the lovely vibe this place gives off. I can't wait to go back again soon. To those who want a great perm and someone nice to talk to, go find Charlie 💇‍♀.

  I went to the salon at SouthPark Mall on Friday November 22nd and got my hair dyed when the person that was doing my hair rinse it out the water was so hot it burned my skull then to top it off she needed help to cut my hair I felt like I had just gone to a beauty college instead of a salon that should have been professional

  I overpaid for something I didn't want. The stylist was nice, but I asked for ombre, we spent about 10 minutes going into detail about how I wanted it, and I ended up with simple highlights (which could've at least been ombre but weren't). She told me that's what I asked for, but I even had pictures for reference (and this was one of their "top tier" stylists). The haircut was okay, kind of choppy layers but I can live with it because the ombre thing bugs me a lot more. $200+ is ridiculous for basic highlights.
