- MMMegan McCrackenJan 17, 20261.0I took my 4-year-old daughter into this location because the location I usually go to (by the H-E-B on bandera near the 410.) had over a 1.5 hour wait. The stylist kind of seems like she was in a rush, for no reason really. (There was one person in the salon behind us who was about to be helped by another stylist.) She cut my daughter's bangs way too high up on one side. I asked for them to be blended into the rest of her hair on the sides, like we Always have done. I could have done a better job at home. My daughter was literally not moving., I made sure she wasn't moving by holding her head still. Yet somehow she came out with her bangs completely hacked. She was a nice woman, but maybe needs to pay better attention to her work. Just because she is a child, doesn't mean she can't see the difference in someone taking their time and someone who isn't trying to provide quality services. I will never return to this location. EVER. I should have never paid. We will definitely have to wait next time. Great Clips, please fix this, we have used your company for many many years for our whole family.
