- JFJay Flowers5 days ago1.0I seriously doubt any of the staff had any experience working with human hair. A homeless man under the bridge could’ve given me a better haircut. I was so shocked at the incompetence I didn’t even trust them to try and fix it.
- BSbaily saathoffFeb 13, 20263.0My boyfriend went in for a haircut and was told the wait would be about 15 minutes, which was totally fine. After that time passed, they took him right away and everything started off well. His hair isn’t long, curly, or difficult to cut, and he didn’t ask for anything complicated just a simple fade with a trim on top. However, the haircut ended up taking over an hour (not including the wait time). During that same period, another stylist nearby finished two clients before his was done. That part was a bit frustrating and is the reason for the 3 stars instead of a higher rating. The stylist was nice and polite, but we didn’t quite understand why such a basic cut took so long. We felt she was trying to prolong the hair cut till closer to closing so she didn’t have to take another client. Or any of the other clients there waiting as well maybe. All in all 3/5.
