Immediately I could sense the unfriendly attitude towards a 11 year old cutting hair like lawn mowing and rough handling. Then she overcuts side burns unevenly and when I pointed out she gets defensive, and changes facts. She stopped cutting in the middle and someone else (Emma I believe) had to fix. Worst experience, shame on Greatclips for hiring people like this who are basically just angry and they take it out on customers.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
