The second time on a Friday, I was on a 75 minute wait-list so I confirmed with the store that I can come there after like 70 minutes, when I came back, they said I have a wait-list of more than a hour. The third visit was awful. I went to a beard trim and the lady was just focused on running the trimmer as fast as she can and kick the customer out. I will never recommend this store and might actually stop going to any great clips.

Then proceeded to charge me a full haircut in-front of her coworker who said nothing this morning. Looked at prices posted and a simple neck trim is 9 bucks and this lady even said she gave me a “discount” of 2 dollars. Have people out her furloughed and still taking advantage. Avoid this place. Definitely out to make a buck and don’t care about the clients in the area
