  Very good experience. The haircut service was done within a reasonable time and very professionally. I am very happy with my haircut and will definitely be a return customer.

  Worst customer service I checked in online was number 2 got there one person in front of me that wasn't in the Salon yet Dan wasn't there yet so I'm next in line number 3 4 5 and six are there so I'm like I'm good 3 minutes left they called number 3 and I didn't say nothing these 3 little boys playing on a phone where waiting for dad but to realize they where on the list under me I was listing while they where talking having a good Ole time and one little boy waved at me so I waved back he was happy ready for a cut Dan that was avmbove me came in I'm like OK they never checked him in so 2 people where leaving I'm like OK let's go they called all 3 boys and Dan and said james u are next wth 3 hair stylist I'm like OK I'm frustrated the ck in process at this place means nothing I have court the next day and just decided to leave with nobody asked me anything this was the worst expense I've had with great clips right next to my house I will drive 6 more miles where I already go this manager and franchises might want to rethink this saloon 90 and Montgomery is booming area if they don't fix it they will be out ill called and ask for managers name but she wasn't there also ask for franchises name they said they didn't know Pam would help out tomorrow I hope this saloon makes the effort to fix this I've been coming to great clips for years but never thus one again hope this review reaches someone who cares

  Antonia was absolutely fantastic. She’s genuinely kind, caring, and fun to talk to, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Her attention to detail really stood out—she took the time to make sure everything was just right and that I left looking my best. I walked out feeling confident and extremely happy with my haircut. On top of that, the entire team was kind and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Highly recommend Antonia if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their work and their clients.

  Took my son for an “in between barber” haircut. Walking in the woman who greeted us was extremely rude and made me feel like I inconvenienced her by coming in. I believe her name was Antonia? Brushed that aside… the initial haircut was terrible. Had to correct her TWICE. To think she was satisfied with the cut she would’ve let us walk out with originally, makes me wonder how many others she’s botched.
