The hairdresser told me to go sit down and step back as I was nearby. I could understand if I was in her face but I was literally just standing near because my child is very young. Not only that she did an awful job with my son’s haircut, so bad we had to go to another Great clips to get it fixed!!! Also there were 2 other employees arguing with each other in front of us. Extremely unprofessional! This place wasted our time and money!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
