Excellent job Great Clips . 5 stars I just got my haircut by Monica, and unfortunately it was the worst haircut experience I’ve had in 45 years — and that includes Boot Camp in 1989. From the start, she was terse and cold in her communication. She handled the clippers very roughly, and the entire time I felt like she was upset — possibly with me. I finally said, “Wow, I feel like you’re mad at me.” Her response was, “That is a big assumption on your part. I don’t even know you.” I acknowledged that and apologized, but she replied, “I don’t need your apology. Now let’s get back to the haircut.” At that point, the experience was already uncomfortable. When I checked out, she gave me a senior discount. I asked what age qualified, and she said 65. I’m 54. I pointed out that this was a big assumption on her part as well. Maybe she was trying to make things right, but I was done being nice by this point. No tip. The haircut ended up shorter than I requested, and her mood made the entire experience tense and unpleasant. Whatever was going on, it was palpable and completely overshadowed the service. Afterward, I looked at other reviews and decided to email customer service. I was told this location is a franchise and that they would forward my concerns to the owner. I hope the owner addresses this, because no customer should feel that uncomfortable during a simple haircut. As for me, I won’t be back.

She is amazing at what she does and I get a perfect cut every time. She takes her time to understand what you want and then does an excellent job at providing what is requested. After a while, she already knows what cut you want and does it to perfection. Thank you Cassandra.
