- JRJanet RubioNov 6, 20251.0going there for years and lee is the best, very polite and does what u ask for and educate you about products she eve greeted me that day , yesterday i had a haircut by Monica and it was a terrible experience, did not want to be rude so I just let her cut it , she started by putting the Sanek neck strip in my chin , I pulled it down l, she did notice since she was with I don’t know why attitude with her face of serious, I ask for a inch but she did not even wet my hair with spray bottle to since my hair was curled, then I ask for a trim on my face frame she she cut half way jut the bottom part , not from the top to bottom I feel so humiliated with her attitude after been going there for so many years, I’m disappointed with her service but mainly her attitude of I don’t under stand why, all it make me think is that she is racist I did no do anything to make her feel that way , I think you should love your job if not just change your profession, and I did not mention to her that I’m a home stay mom but I used to be a hairdresser, and is sad to know how she made me feel that day
