He asked for the same cut that he always gets and that they keep on file under his name/number. The "stylist" read the paper off to him, he said yes that's what he'd like and this is how he walked out. Absolutely hideous. Now I will be paying again to have someone else attempt to tidy it up until it grows out. The first two pictures were taken in the parking lot in front of great clips and are exactly how he walked out. I'm sure he cannot wait to face his peers tomorrow and hear what they have to say about this mess. I have also submitted a complaint to Great Clips online. Not even deserving of 1 star but unfortunately you have to put something to leave a review.

Every time I walk out of there, I am happy with my haircut. All the Ladies on this location are great and friendly always. But, this time, I really have to take a moment to give a shout out to Haley. Haley Alexis Rainey. And I remember it because we "made fun" that she had a Rock Star kinda' name. Anyways, long story short, its amazing how a person can uplift your day in a 15 minute conversation while she cuts your hair. One usually comes in for a 10-15 minute haircut and we're out of there. Nothing more. When you come across people like Haley, you can see one comes in for a bit (or a lot) more than that quick hair cut. Pure positive and great energy. Congrats to this Great Location for having people like her who give "a bit more" than a quick haircut. Five Stars.
