I wish that the manager was more observant with her stylist than to like kids run that place! I’m sure to never come back and won’t be needing a refund since I found another one near the area. I over heard one of the stylist taking break I won’t be returning.

He asked for the same cut that he always gets and that they keep on file under his name/number. The "stylist" read the paper off to him, he said yes that's what he'd like and this is how he walked out. Absolutely hideous. Now I will be paying again to have someone else attempt to tidy it up until it grows out. The first two pictures were taken in the parking lot in front of great clips and are exactly how he walked out. I'm sure he cannot wait to face his peers tomorrow and hear what they have to say about this mess. I have also submitted a complaint to Great Clips online. Not even deserving of 1 star but unfortunately you have to put something to leave a review.
