The layers in the back were cut at least 3 to 4 inches and now my hair feels super thin and my long face frame now has a piece of hair sticking out right by my eye. The girl cutting my hair had Tourette’s and was cussing the entire time, but when her manager would come by suddenly the Tourette’s calm down.. I am so mad and embarrassed, and wish I would’ve never gone…
