- PMP MNov 21, 20255.0Great clips is great! It's pricey now, but still great customer service. Been going to great clips for over 5 years. Love that when I go, there's no wait. I usually sign up online for an appointment and when I show up, there's no waiting. It's easy. Yes the $20 price per haircut is high though. Especially since I am a male with short hair. My hair hardly grows and when it does I go to great clips. In and out within 15 minutes because I just need a quick trim.
- JRJoe RNov 16, 20252.0Older lady at this location just gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. My notes that said a 1 mid fade somehow turned into a high and tight 2 around the sides. She cut deep into my hairline on one side above my sideburns, very clearly saw what she did, and then tried to move on without mentioning it. The back of my head has patches of what my hair looked like when I walked in and around my ear she just straight up missed a lot. I had to go home and try to fix it with a damn shaver. If you’re a male under the age 40 or someone who cares about just decent fades/cuts I’d avoid this store. 2 stars because I thought she was a nice person before I got home and looked at what she did.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
