I was notified that I will be sent a text message when they were about 15 min from my sons time to get a haircut, so me and my son went to my truck and waited 35 min, by that time I decided to walk back in with my son and saw that everyone else had been helped and we were next on list ,but they had took 2 new walk ins before my son and I , so naturally I was a little irritated and asked if it was going to be another 30 min , I received a snooty reply from the younger girl that no we were next and that the wait time on computer was for anyone else that might show up so I walked out again because God knows how long it will be since she didn't give me a time frame on how long it'll be so I took off assuming I would still receive a text when we were up next now that I had made it known that we were still there, we came back after another 20-25 min now it's 7:20 I've been waiting since 6:25,so we walked back in seeing that the other 2 that had been helped before us were walking out , so there we are and behold my sons name was removed from list what a surprise 😮 so she said she needs my # again since she removed us from list because we walked out and now put us in line behind the 2 new walk ins so we were supposedto wait again....... Place is a joke just like its always been thought I'd try to give it another chance but I was wrong to do so, so save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
