I always end up asking them to fix things multiple times, and they still give me attitude for it. The only reason I’ve kept coming back is the convenience of the location and the fact that sometimes I just need a simple cleanup — but even then, they somehow manage to mess up what’s already cut down. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place just isn’t improving. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. Maybe once a year I get a decent cut, but the rest have been consistently bad experiences. This shop really needs to step it up or move on.

There was about 22 people in front of me in line and the website shows you where you are in line. I started driving to the shop when I was second in line and waited less than 10mins to be seen. I went in for a full trim to remove my dead ends, and the stylist (who mentioned it was her first day) was incredibly kind and helpful! She understood exactly what I wanted — to cut off all the damaged hair while keeping some length and adding a bit of volume— and even made some fantastic suggestions. My hair turned out amazing! And for just $20, you can’t beat that price! After tipping, I spent less than $30, and the entire haircut with the wait time took about 30 minutes. Seriously, 30 minutes under $30 for such a great haircut? I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—and requesting the same stylist!
