- TTTheMrH3LIXNov 16, 20251.0So my son and I get haircuts here. Two haircuts ago, I told Maria (I got her name from an employee) exactly what I wanted. I asked for a tiny amount off the top. She then proceeds to cut about an inch and a half off the top, completely botching the cut. Fast forward to today. My son and I went to get our haircuts with my wife. My wife explained in detail, showing pictures of the haircut my son wanted and had been getting for the last couple of months. Maria said she understood and proceeded to cut off an excessive amount of his hair, completely deviating from what was requested. My wife also preemptively notified her that our son is autistic and would like to be notified of any action that would be done. Maria didn’t follow what was requested in that regard either causing him to become agitated. My wife instructed her to not go any shorter than she already had, since she cut a MASSIVE amount off and she just nodded and kept trying to remove more. We’re appalled by the blatant disregard for the clients desire.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
