- JJJuceLogicNov 6, 20252.0Not a good cut at all, I ask for a 0-2 fade and having a closer look at it after I got back home it wasn’t even faded correctly and she didn’t even go down to a 0 the hair dresser just wasn’t good and I felt like she was rushing to get me out because another customer that I can only assume she preferred came in a little bit after I sat down, not a good experience at all and would like to have either a refund or a different hair dresser and have it fixed, I also said nothing on the top and she went and snipped my hair ontop anyway

Called to the Military Road location and spoke to an employee. I let her know the online system for appointments was not working. I asked for a manual appointment over the telephone. She refused and said I could talk to the manager. She presented me to the Manager on duty as an unreasonable person. " I have already told him no for a telephone reservation." She forgot to mute the phone. The Manager on duty, Rachel, proceeded to lecture me about requesting an appointment as all appointments are booked online. I let her know the internet, online appointment system was not working. She didn't care. Always got adequate haircuts there but now taking my business elsewhere. I had been a monthly customer there for years.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
