Without her I would never consider going to this location. It's 30 mins away from me. In addition I've personally seen management be rude to customers and staff. Not a good look.
- LLLillyNov 8, 20255.0Cassandra is the BEST barber hands down, she has been the only barber who my son LOVES she’s is patient and so loving. Sometimes there is a wait for her and I will wait how ever long it is for her. Today visit was different though, usually the environment is relaxed and happy. Today wasn’t it was hostile and you can feel everyone on edge. The new manager was rude to customers when they JUST opened, she didn’t seem friendly with staff just made the situation uncomfortable.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
