- JMJohn MurphyJul 31, 20253.0My wife and I have gotten our haircuts done twice by Letty but when we try to make or see if she was working today they told us on the phone that they didn't have anybody by that name so we physically went over there and the manager couldn't give us any info if she had left she wasn't aware but she had been there only a couple of months so I asked if she could ask the other workers if they even know Letty she said she couldn't do it but then when I called other Great Clips they volunteered more information without breaking any privacy. So now that these barbers/hairdressers move around it's very difficult for Great Clips to keep talented people on staff and they're always rotating it's very discouraging especially when you find someone that's very good and knows what you want in a haircut/hairstyle. She's definitely here at least 7 months ago because her name has been mentioned twice in other Google reviews. Does anyone know where Letty may have moved to because I've called a couple places and it would probably take forever? Thanks!
