(I believe her name was) Jean cut my hair and made me feel comfortable even though I probably was really quiet ( I was just so nervous lol). She cut my hair exactly like I wanted, she took her time and even recommended products to use and I bought a bottle. She styled it and was showing me what to do, I really appreciated everything she did today. I’ve been dealing with personal things in my life and this haircut was a big thing for me & she came through. 10/10 recommend her to anyone, if she sees this I hope you know you made my day. 🥹🙏❤️

First, when the hairstylist was done, she didn’t even offer the mirror like any barbers do even the hairstylist behind me offered the guy a mirror to see, and when she lifted the apron hair got all on my shorts and the main thing my hair isn’t even blended/ faded evenly. It sucks because it’s been a while since somebody’s messed up on my hair at Great Clips but every time I go, I never see the same employees. It’s always somebody different. **UPDATE 20 MINUTES AFTER SHOWERING. IT IS DEFINITELY MESSED UP AND NOT BLENDED. WELL IT LOOKS LIKE A BOW CUT! I would rather get a full refund now! UPDATE 2 (10-3-25) They call me and said they WONT refund me!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
