The massage was terrible, my nails were still dirty, she didn't cut them well or do my cuticles properly, and the polish didn't cover the full nail. I came to have my nails done for my baby shower and I will have to get them redone. Don't go to Kylie. Vee and Cynthia set high standards but it feels like the spa is hiring new people without training.

Jenda, however talked a lot during services and was unprepared when she encountered medical equipment (insulin pump and sensor) which left us feeling less than and not served correctly. She also left the room for long periods of time because she forgot things and got two of us mixed up and gave a prenatal massage to someone not pregnant as well. Everyone else was excellent and well worth the stop in!
