  I have been getting my monthly facials with the outstanding Eminence line for years at this wonderful spa! I highly recommend Bella and Lauren for quiet & well appointed rooms and just overall excellent facial experience!

  I’m so glad I decided to try Art spa. Such a clean, welcoming, and relaxing experience. My esthetician Lauren made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment. I appreciated her thoroughness and recommendations as well. Looking forward to my next visit!

  This was my first time at ART spa house and I found their weekday massage deal. Being a student, I always have tension in my shoulders/upper back and decided to treat myself after exams. Booking an appointment was easy and I appreciated how thorough they were via the guest forms (i.e. customizing treatment, areas of concern, etc). As for the actual massage, Cecilia did an AMAZING job and was very communicative. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Afterwards she also gave stretching recommendations to help with my shoulder tension, which was thoughtful. I believe Cecilia is scheduled for Tuesdays/Wednesdays so go see if her if you can!!

  I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews. I truly value how hard service workers work and I always tip well because I know the effort involved. However, my experience at Art Spa House was simply unacceptable for the price point. If you consider yourself a 'high-end' spa and charge $110 plus tip for a builder gel set, the work on every level should reflect that. Unfortunately, it didn’t. The builder gel was never leveled. As you can see in the photos, the surface is lumpy and wavy rather than smooth and professional. I can also still see my old polish underneath the new set. Leaving old product on the nail gives the entire manicure a 'dirty' look. The filing is uneven across my hands, leaving me with a set that looks unfinished and messy. I don’t mind paying premium prices for premium work, but this technical quality did not match the cost. I’m now in the position of having to pay another professional to soak these off and fix them. I’m sharing this because for a $110+ investment, I expected much better from a salon of this caliber.

  I got a fill with builder gel here and I was less than impressed. The salon was clean and they used safe products, which is what I was looking for however, it took 2.5 hours to get my nails done. Mind you this is for short nails with one color. My normal girl who also uses clean products in her salon is half the price. I was looking for a place closer to home and more convenient especially since I have a full time job and now a little one at home. My time is precious and I cannot afford to spend 2.5 hours doing something that should and normally takes a hour or 1.5 max. My nails were filed super uneven and at the pace she was going I didn’t even want to ask her to correct it. I also cannot sustain paying double the price for the same service. I was really hoping this salon would be my permanent home for my every 3 week fill considering how close it is to home. I’m sad it didn’t work out.
