- AMAngelia Mitchell6 days ago1.0We waited over 2 hours for hair cut, simple military cut. There was one lady working, in a town this size. This is very disappointing. I over heard her say that she had reached out to others with no response. When she finally got a response it would be another hour and half before she got any help.

The stylist who has black hair with bangs was rude to me during my visit, and after that I called three separate times asking for a manager to call me back. No one ever followed up. It’s frustrating when you try to handle an issue respectfully and the business completely ignores you. I expected better.

- KPKatie PerezOct 17, 20251.0Usually love this place. They’re fast, friendly, and affordable. This time was disappointing. The lady was very rude and acted like I was bothering her. When I asked for a trim and to see if I needed to go shorter after she said I needed to choose now because she wasn’t going to go back over it again. Then when asked about layers she said it’s my choice. Choose. Overall she acted like it was a bother to go in and I ended up just asking for a trim no layers. Also wanted it shorter but decided to just cut my loss and leave. She obviously didn’t want to be bothered. And it is affordable , but money is money and not only did I waste it on a cut I’m not happy with I’ll end up paying double because I’m going to someone else to give me the cut I wanted. I immediately left and went to another business. Sad because I did really enjoy coming here. Maybe I will again but I’ll be sure not to get her again. Basically got free money for being rude and barely trimming anything.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
