I don’t know their names, but the one who cut my hair pronounced my name wrong, then questioned her coworker “ why is it spelled like that ?” I corrected how my name is pronounced, my mom spelled it that way. There isn’t one way to spell a name. We won’t be returning. We went other location and had better service/ experience.

And I thank her coworker for trying to improve the cut, but it all ended up being the same. Horrible. And I don't need a response to my comment saying "We're sorry for your bad experience." We just need them to provide good service and with good workers for the price we pay them for each visit. And be grateful that my oldest son didn't want me to take a picture of his haircut. The work is terrible, too.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
