- CCCaroSep 21, 20251.0***Don't let Lisa touch your hair**** Right now I have a 7 year old boy crying because he doesn't want to go to school after Lisa cut his hair, that woman has terrible hair cutting skills... And I thank her coworker for trying to improve the cut, but it all ended up being the same. Horrible. And I don't need a response to my comment saying "We're sorry for your bad experience." We just need them to provide good service and with good workers for the price we pay them for each visit. And be grateful that my oldest son didn't want me to take a picture of his haircut. The work is terrible, too.

Thats just to much i'm looking for another place with reasonable prices.I'm a business owner myself so i do understand pricing and the cost of haveing a business ,

I've come in on multiple Saturdays where there is multiple people waiting and I don't here any of the ladies who are working complain. They work hard to make sure they get you out in a timely manner according to when you check in. Priscilla did a fantastic job and took her time! Even with multiple people waiting, I didn't feel rushed at all.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
